More than I imagined! Gosh, I kinda went on a meditative quest during my session. From beginning to end her work was intuitive and healing. The aroma of course is still radiating from my skin that I expect. Its the energy of my body that's awaken from 100 minutes of Raindrop creating a sense of deeper understanding of my body. Wow. I've had lots of body work AND worked in the past in body work her work taught me a lot and reminded me of the power of massage. What a gift she certainly didn't miss her calling in life. I'm booking for next week. I work in theater and the timing is perfect as I prepare for upcoming show in New Orleans. My whole being has to be present and massage under the right healer is one of the tools to connect. I felt a release towards the end of my one hour session that helped relieved my stress and tightness in my neck and shoulders even though she did not directly massage those areas like I would have expected from a traditional massage session. I use high quality medical grade essential oils with each massages. They help you to release tension, emotion, feelings and thoughts easily and naturally. I’m also an energy healing practitioner ( I learned Lemurian Healing, Reiki, Quantum touch) , so usually clients release a lot of energy which they don’t need anymore and relax very deep during the treatment. Even feel so happy after my massage. I work with Body, Mind and Spirit.
I believe that relaxation is the key to be healthy and happy in any level.
